If you require any form of assistance from CSG engineers for our software products or just general I.T. related issues then there are three options available:

  1. Purchase a block of prepaid hours using the options below (fastest way to get support now)
  2. Request a service agreement for higher level and more detailed support (guaranteed response times in accordance with SLA’s).

  4. Once you have purchased one of the three options then please visit our support page for your options in logging a support request.

    You can use your prepaid hours for any I.T. related issues that include (but not limited to):

  • Network (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless etc..)
  • Desktop/Laptop Computers
  • Mobile Devices (phones, tablets etc…)
  • Software
