As the owner of CSG, you can imagine how my Inbox is in a constant state of flux. Like many of you, I send and receive numerous emails during the day and I tend to get frustrated with the amount of emails I need to keep.
So, I take advantage of the Rules option to sort emails to folders, but a friend told me about Categories and it has been a life-saver.
After the initial set up of the categories option, I can now search for the category instead of hit-or-miss searches. You can find out more by reading this Article and determine if Outlook’s categories would be useful for you.
