What are your help desk hours?
Our help desk operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm AEST, with urgent issues triaged first. Monitoring and threat detection run 24/7, so many problems are caught outside business hours before they affect you.
How do I get help outside business hours?
Just call us on (07) 5551 2333. Anything that needs attention outside business hours should come through by phone, and work outside business hours may be charged depending on your agreement. Emails sent after hours are picked up first thing the next business day.
How fast will someone respond when I log a request?
Requests are triaged by urgency, so anything stopping your team working is picked up first rather than in the order received. Our monitoring often opens and resolves issues before you even notice them.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. We are based on the Gold Coast and support businesses across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads and wider South East Queensland. Most issues are resolved remotely for speed, with technicians onsite when needed.
