What are your support hours?
Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We also offer 24/7 emergency support for critical issues for clients on our Professional and Enterprise plans.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 hours during business hours. Critical issues are prioritised and typically addressed within 30 minutes.
Where do you provide on-site support?
We provide on-site IT support across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Heads, and South East Queensland including Robina, Surfers Paradise, Southport, Nerang, Broadbeach, Burleigh, and Coolangatta. On-site visits can be arranged for issues that can't be resolved remotely.
